Deluxe hotel in a favourable location in the middle of jackson, the services were great. I had a pet-friendly and beautifully maintained room with exceptionally comfortable bed and television, a microwave and a refrigerator. Location: the venue was close enough to stores as well as freeway exit. Spent a nice evening at Long John Silver's, located not very far from the venue.

We experienced an unsettling stay with bedbugs in our room. The staff's response was inadequate, offering only a room change. Future guests should thoroughly inspect their rooms before settling in. Hygiene is paramount, and this visit left much to be desired.
